I am at the first day back at work after vacation. I took a long and welcome break from the grind, which included a break from this fledgling weblog. At the end of last week I migrated my 17″ PowerBook to Mac OS 10.3, commonly referred to as Panther. The steady stream of understated improvement continues with Apple’s latest OS release. Thanks to my having a large, empty FireWire external hard drive, migrating my existing data with a clean OS install was relatively issue-free.

The Expos? feature is really something; if you’re near an Apple Store, go check it out. Walk up to any system with several windows open and press the F9 key. If there isn’t one near you, go here.
