It has an ENORNMOUS scratch across the face (devastating for the anal-retentive who keeps all their stuff in pristine shape) but it's otherwise in working order. Amazing that we got it back. The airline employee who left us the message accidently left us her home phone number to call. She chewed me out for calling her at home instead of work and I had to calm her down and make her think rationally for a moment. How in the HELL would I have her home phone number instead of her work phone number in less that's what she gave me. Geeeeez.
